Dr. M. Jones and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, informative, compassionate, patient and attentive. I am very happy with the extra precautions and medical care taken regarding my specific medical needs. My Post Op care is the best. The staff made themselves available for after hours questions and/or concerns. I am very happy with my procedure results.

The Dr. Medina team was PHENOMENAL with the sensitivity of this procedure. They exhibit great care and attention to my concerns and needs. I knew I chose the right company and doctor for the Keloid removal when they gave details about the process good and bad from day one. Any concerns they saw or had were immediately communicated to me. I did not feel left out of any of the process. They made me feel comfortable the more I was able to get to know them and I look forward to any other necessary procedures with me in the future, if any.
We have a little ways to go since the procedure just happened, but the process thus far has been amazing.

Doctor Michael Jones did an excellent job with regards to the removal of a scar that was on the side of my face. I recommend anyone who is looking for assistance with removing any extra skin to have a consultation with his staff. I had undergone keloid removal surgery on my jawline with Dr. Jones last year(2023) and it definitely has lived upto my expectations! There’s been no recurrence of keloids in that area and has healed really well. Not to mention the significant boost in self-confidence and quality of life. 🙂
I also have regular follow ups for laser hair removal, to prevent ingrown hair from triggering more keloid formation. Really appreciate the thorough follow ups with my technician Mellisa and front desk James. I did have issues with appointment scheduling last year (Nov-Dec 2023), but it seems to have been resolved with hiring of new technicians. 😊 Thank you!

I had a keloid on my abdomen from a previous surgery with a different Doctor in 2023. However, I received a keloid which was kind of unfortunate. So I remembered seeing Dr. Jones on YouTube and previously in the newspapers and I said I have to go see Dr. Keloid lol. I was nervous about being awake during surgery but let me tell you the procedure went so smoothly. They even had relaxing music in the background during my surgery how awesome is that? Following my surgery I had received 3 days of SRT radiation to prevent the keloid from recurring. I am one week post op and l feel great currently at the nail salon getting a pedicure writing this review lol. The first two days pain was tolerable and very mild swelling. After the fourth day I no longer needed any pain medications…..I wish I had went to Dr. Jones office the first time around. The whole staff was super friendly. Allison is so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Jones is so nice and a very good listener. I will definitely be going back in the future.
